Show Synopsis

Set in 1927, dashing film star Don Lockwood and his glamorous blonde screen partner, Lina Lamont, are the studio darlings of the silent film industry. With the introduction of the “talkies,” the two are pressured to make their latest silent film into a musical. When Don falls in love with an aspiring actress, her lovely voice wins her a place opposite him in the new film, pushing aside his screechy-toned leading lady. Considered by many to be the greatest musical ever made, this show features songs like “Make Em’ Laugh,” “Good Morning,” and of course, “Singin’ in the Rain!”
